RN and I were discussed today about information and concerned about the situation about Ambit Energy customers.
We talked in the morning and now understand why and no reason why that all Ambit Energy customers complained and blaming on the Ambit about the payment bills sound not reduced.
Caused by the winter of 2013 to 2014, that was POLAR VORTEX, very cold throughout the regions from East Coast and Mid-West and West Coast- Texas, California, Penn, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Mass, Conn, RI, Northern Virginia, New Hampshire and DC. some people don't understand why these Energy bills were highly because of Polar Vortex. Not blaming Ambit Energy!
It's YOU and your Natural Gas Company, or Power Company. That's between you and them, not Ambit Energy. They are ONLY give you reduce price with that saving on your location that is ALL Ambit Energy GAVE you. I found out what they are doing to reduce for you to satisfaction and earned the rewards, and the vacation to earned, and sign your friends 15 people to under you. You will get FREE energy for life. That is these goal how it is the program works.
That's Natural Gas Company and Power Company and YOU, customer-- are the problem what you had using.

For Energy and Gas:
Winterize--
You use turned ups and downs the THERMOSTAT! YOU SHOULDN'T touch it Leave as it is. as long as 70 temp to 72 temp and leave it alone. If you feel cold, -- SWEATER, that is easier! Wise up.
Did you check up with the house that would be the problem with leaks from colds: WINDOWS. (you can buy it at Lowe's or hardware store to get plastic firm.
Look up at the attic, see if any old pink fiberglass, rid of it, and replace new ones... good for lifetime.
Check fireplace damp to close. Wisely.
Check the Gas system to see anything damage and replace new one. Annually!
Doors must be check to see if it's leaking.
I can give you a link that you can check it up with the list that would saving your money for the winterized.
For Energy and Gas:
Hot Summer--
Keep close the door when A/C is on. Keep 65 to 70 as needed. Keep leak-free.
Basement is very cool place to stay.
Keep reduce from LED TV, it would be evaporate of heat that would waste up the A/C.
Don't change the THERMOSTAT!! It will eat your kWh eat up your money.
If you don't have A/C, if you have fans anywhere, it would be fine. It's lots of saving. Lots of drink water with ice. Good for your health.
If you have health problem like, oxygen machine, you need to go visit doctor and write a letter to the Power company, it would not cut your energy bill. Because of that oxygen machine is meaning for saving a life, than your family can sue the company IF you die from oxygen machine on.
In follow up that is why I am researching how much of "kWh" is meaning for.
For my sample: My house is between 550 to 1900 watts a monthly, (it means $107 to $190 dollars a month.) Figure it out. My house is 3 bedrooms let me count: 8 rooms.
I have these summary from my power bill. That means we are wise to use the power to reduce.
If you have BIGGEST house like, 4 to 5 bedrooms, let me count: the big house will be 10 rooms. It would be 1000 kWh to use. It would be $200 to $400 monthly. So ridiculous!
Warning you, please keep the light out which you don't use this room. As long as you are use the room, light on. When you done with this room and leave, light out. Please don't use full of all 10 rooms turn light on. The kWh is running wild~! Your money goes good-bye.
Most of that, there are very strange in name of "kWh" have 100, 250, 500, 1000, and 5000 kWh. Please do study this "kWh" this link:
Please don't blame to Ambit Energy. You can blame your power or gas company about your high bills. That's them who changes the rates at faults.
